We are writing to update you on recent changes to our prices and method of delivery.
All orders are now guaranteed delivery and prices have been adjusted accordingly.
The reasons for the changes are as followed:
The difference in price paid between small quantity orders and large quantity orders were too large.
We have limited human resources and some previous customers put constraints on our business by making fraudulent dispute claims via PayPal, taking up significant amount of our time. Making all orders guaranteed delivery will allow us to focus on getting supplies and shipping orders.
Claims to suggest customers were unaware of the difference between standard and guaranteed delivery when their orders were seized by Customs.
We wish to offer more confidence for our customers when ordering from us by making our services easier to understand.
